  • I fish out of spacious 23 foot boat, which is now fully enclosed and heated for fowl weather. It is also equipped with modern electronics. I have dedicated my life to following the powerful striped bass. I will do everything in my power to help you have a memorable and successful fishing adventure.I have over 15 years, fishing experience on Lake Cumberland so, I know where the BIG ones are!!!

The water temp is about 48 on main lake and lower 50’s in the head of creeks. The recent rains has jumped the lake up and murky to muddy most places. Striper fishing has been pretty good pulling planer boards from the surface to 40 feet deep in the creeks where the water is murky not muddy.

Several bass have been caught in the hollows where the fresh water has been running in.

Also heard good reports of crappie in the major creeks fishing close to cover.

The river has been slow this winter especially lately due to the sluice gates running hard. Hopefully that will change soon when they turn them off.

Hope to see you on the water.
    God Bless
