LAKE SINCLAIR IS FULL, 66 DEGREES, LIGHT STAIN UP RIVER, MAIN LAKE CLEAR
Bass fishing is slow this week with all the recent cold fronts. The shad have turned around and started moving back towards the main lake. A lot of the shad are in the middle of the creeks and the first half of pockets right now. Productive baits this week have been shallow to medium diving crank baits in a white color and a Buckeye Spot Remover shaky head with a Zoom green pumpkin trick worm. The shaky head bite has been the most consistent as these first few cold fronts have slowed down the bite. Throw this shaky head around brushy docks and any rock you can find in the creeks. The creeks on the lower end have been best for quantity of fish while the creeks farther up the lake have been best for quality. Matt has guide trips available this week. Give me a call if you are looking for some fun fishing this fall.
