The past week gave us great hope that this will be a winter of big fish and a lot of fun. Even though when you break the week down to every day; it was up and down on a daily basis but some of the biggest fish of the year are being caught right now. Several reports of 10 plus pound fish are being caught so the up side was huge for the folks that braved the changing weather.

The good news is when you start analyzing the bait that we are catching the fish on it is all over the map with customers finding fish on rattle baits, to swim bats and everything in-between. Tight-Line jigs, Missile Bait D-Bombs, SPRO Aruka Shad, the catches were wide and varied from day to day. It in my mind just came down to your confidence bait, if you stuck with your favorite bait you found a way to put some fish in the boat, and if you were lucky it was a good-unh.
