LAKE WEISS IS AT 5.39 FEET BELOW FULL POOL AND STAINED AND 43-45 DEGREE'S

Bass fishing is Fair and most Bass being caught are, Spotted Bass, in Little River and The Chattooga River. Drop Shot rigs, Shaky Head Jigs and Texas rigged and Carolina rigged Senko style worms are producing some fish.

Crappie fishing is Good and the Crappie are suspended in the river channels 12-14 feet deep in 15-25 feet of water. Long line trolling with Jiffy Jigs in colors JJ04,JJ08,JJ20 and Marks special blue, is producing some good catches right now.

Striper Fishing is Fair and they are in the main river channel in Little River and the Coosa River. Trolling they river channel with a 1/4 ounce Jig with a 3-4 inch Sassy Shad at 1 mph - 1.5 mph is a great way to catch these fish in the winter.

Catfish are biting Good in the deeper flats and the main river channels on cut bait
