LAKE RUSSELL IS FULL, CLEAR & 52 DEGREES
Bass fishing is fair and the warm up is on the way. The water temperature is rising and the bass are responding by moving up to the flats and spawning areas. Some bass are shallow especially afternoon and be sure to find the bait schools on the Lowrance. Look in the middle of the ditches nearby. Shallow running crank baits like the Rapala DT4 and Shad Raps will work all month long. Some bass can still be caught out on the main lake points and the secondary points going back into the larger creeks and coves.
