My son Garrett and I went out with Lance below the Wolf Creek Dam Wednesday morning. It started out at 24 degrees but the sun was out and there was no wind so the weather was not a problem at all. We caught some real nice rainbows, browns and brooks at the turbines from 7am until 11. I brought home one fillet and it had to be six inches wide laying flat. We hooked more fish than I could count and a number of them got off the hook (including one that felt like a log). All this was directly after a "double" cold front.
It was a day to remember for sure.
