I had a trip yesterday with a Gentleman that wanted to learn a little about Neely Henry and some of the patterns to use on this Coosa River impoundment. We had all of the bad conditions for this time of year, wind and a cold front had moved in. We both knew it was going to be a tough day. It turned out to be just the opposite of that, it was a great day because the fish were very aggressive and in each area we went to we were able to get some nice quality fish. A couple of the pics that were made were of fish that my client had caught but he was a little camera shy and did not want his picture taken. After each fish was caught we took a picture and released it back in the water. The water temps averaged in the upper 50's and was down a little from normal level. There is a very interesting article in this month's Bassmaster Magazine on page 12 that a lot of fishermen should check out when possible. Have fun, Mike Carter
