Adam and I managed to get in four trips last week and while we caught fish on each trip, the numbers and size of fish we caught were down from the previous trips. Several days the Winds were calm and the Bluebird Skies were prevalent and it seems it's always tougher fishing when you have "Picnic Weather"! The bite is twice as good when you have a little Cloud Cover and a Breeze to keep things moving! We did manage a 30 fish box of "Eaters" each trip for our Customer's Fish Fry, and the big plus was that we had almost 70 degree weather which is usually not the case in February! We're still catching all our Catfish in the timbered areas but the location differs from trip to trip. Some days the fish are way up the Richland Creek Arm of the Lake and other days we're catching them along the South Shoreline between Ferguson Point and Winkler Creek. The best depth has been in 25' plus water and we're catching all the fish on Danny King's Punch Bait. As February winds down, we have a few openings still for you to take advantage of our 'WINTER DISCOUNT SPECIAL". Check it out on our website @ www.gonefishin.biz . We have a boat open this coming Thursday and next Monday, and Adam is open on this coming SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 21ST. Give us a call and Let's Go Fishin'! Have a Great Day!
