LAKE SEMINOLE IS FULL, CLEAR LOW 70’S

Bass fishing is good. Use Zara Spook Jr. shad top water lures and Storm jerk bait’s lake wide. Bomber crank baits in baby bass, shad and fire tiger colors cast to the banks will get lots of action. Use the stop and go technique and try running these crank baits in the blow downs. A slow retrieve in the lay downs letting the bait float up once it hits the limbs will draw a strike. A Stanley spinner bait in the 3/8 ounce size with white or chartreuse skirts cast to the points and shallow back cover will get the fish to attack this lure. Use slow moving lures and works, Flukes and trick worms are the best baits. The early bite starts on anything in the water in the shallows. All day, use almost any color of Zoom’s trick worm. Skip or cast the bait past the cover and pull the lure and let it drop right into the cover. Use the Enticer spinner baits in the 3/8 ounce size with silver and gold blades in either the willow leaf or Colorado combinations has been working. Never overlook the rivers on this lake and large jigs and huge grubs are deadly.
