LAKE GEORGE IS FULL, CLEAR & LOW 80’S

Bass fishing is good. In the morning there is a good top water bite, especially near the Hydrilla. Buzz baits, Pop R’s and Flukes will all put fish in the boat. Once the sun gets up, the fishing can be tough. With the lake level where it is, the ledge bite should fire up this week. Fish the ledges and points once the sun comes up. Numbers of fish are easy to come by from Lake Point all the way down to the dam. The fish seem to be holding in the 6 to 12 foot zone. Carolina Rigs and crank baits are the best choices for these fish.
