There's nothing like when things come together and everyone just gets to have a plain ole good time! Yesterday I had a Gentleman and his son for a morning and a night trip, and the morning turned out great with the young man getting the opportunity to catch himself a big "G-ville Hawg". The night trip turned out like it was suppose to with the Dad getting his opportunity to get himself a "Hawg". The young man got to have some very good bragging rights for most of the day with his "big-un" he caught on topwater, but when it got dark old Dad showed him how to slow roll a spinnerbait and after a few minutes he got some bragging rights of his own. It was a very dead calm and no current night, but the fish did what they were suppose to do when it gets dark, and that's "Slam" a spinnerbait. We fished and laughed until midnight and was able to get several nice quality fish, and now these two can drive back home with the both of them having some bragging rights to laugh and kid each other about. This was a great trip for these guys and one they will both remember for a long time. Get out and have some fun. Mike Carter
