Norm, Bob, Dave and Jerry spent four days fishing Lake Okeechobee with us. The 2 boats averaged over 50 bass per day with many big Bass in the mix. If you have never experienced fishing with live Wild Golden Shiners on Lake Okeechobee you are missing out on one of the great fisheries in the World! Our Guides live on Lake Okeechobee and know the lake inside and out. Wave after wave of large female Bass are moving into the shallow water littoral zones to feed heavily as they move into a pre-spawn mode. As the season progresses we will see more and more bass cycle into the shallow water to prepare for the spawn. Each full moon phase of the winter right on thru Spring will see a number of bass spawn. Okeechobee is unique in that we will have numbers of bass spawning on each and every moon phase throughout the winter and spring months, making Lake Okeechobee a most productive and rewarding fishery.
