LAKE SEMINOLE IS 3.76 FEET OVER FULL, MUDDY & 84 DEGREES

Bass fishing is fair and the fish are on the points and creeks bends. Look down lake on creek bends and up in creeks. T water is relatively clear lake wide. Use the Culprit green shad worms on the points as tight as possible. In the Spring Creek area, use a floating Rapalas later each day in gold and black back and work it slowly around grass beds. Try the Culprit worm in dark colors over the grass and wood cover. Fishing is better later each day as the water warms. Finesse worms floated over grass beds or a u tail worm in dark colors, can work after the sun is up. Use a light 1/16 lead weight on the edges of the grass. This summer Zoom frogs have been very good and browns and greens with the 5/0 Mustad EWG hook and braided line will work. Be sure to cast as far up into the grass as possible and work the baits all the way back to the boat. The fish will follow the baits and attack when it starts moving faster. Later in the day, use a large Culprit dark worm over the deeper grass lines a later in the day. Spinner baits and flat sided bright crank baits will work after the sun warms shallows in the backs of the creeks. The Flat A Bomber in lime and orange colors has been fair and add some extra scent. Use this bait in the mouths of the creeks right off the river. Learn how to use the Lowrance Structure Scan and Down Scan technology with Southern Fishing on the Water fishing schools.
