Fishing Friends,

The White BassFall Feeding Frenzy is in full swing on RC! Adam and/or Ihave fished almost everyday thus far this Month and a full box (orlimits) of Whites has been the norm. The past couple of Spring Spawns appear tobe paying off as huge schools of fish are almost everywhere on the Main Lake.Check out Pelican Island and the Windsock Point. We're catching them twoat a time by using a small Crappie Jig above the RSR Slab. As an added bonus,we've been catching a large number of small Hybrids that are justunder the 18" legal size. It won't be long till these fish will beKeepers! It doesn't get much more FUN than this. Both Blue andChannel Catfish are in the timbered areas up the Richland Creek Arm of theLake and can easily be caught on Danny Kings Punch Bait on a # 4 TrebleHook. It varies from day to day as to the depth of the water you will find themin, but it's normally around 15'-25' FOW. Most of the fish beingcaught are in the 1 to 2 lb. range but as the water temperature cools, thelarger fish will start to appear. Catfishing will only get better as we headinto November and December!
