Today I had a great Guntersville Lake trip with a Gentleman that wanted to put a few hrs. in of Bass fishing and then put a few hrs. in on some Crappie. They both worked out great with some solid Bass on 3/4-1 oz. Rat-L-Traps around grass in 6-9 ft. of water, and a couple more on Choo Choo Swimjigs in 2-3 ft. of water. Then after having a blast with some great Bass fishing we went looking for some "Big G Slabs", and soon as we got started the fun started and it didn't let up. We caught several nice Crappie in 4-8 ft. of water and when the day was over the Crappie were still hitting. It was one of those days thet you just plain ole hate to stop fishing. It's fun so get out and enjoy it! Mike Carter
