Another day of tough windy conditions, but still able to catch a few fish to make it another great day on the "Big-G". We started out with Echo Crankbaits, Rat-L-Traps, and Shakers along shallow grass areas and was able to catch several fish from small to quality size. When the sun started warming things up a little we moved out to some of the deeper grass areas and was able to put some better quality in the boat with Poducer Swimbaits, and especially one that my client lost that will be talked about for a while. He did at least get to enjoy the fight all the way to the boat when it decided to jump and go back to where it came from, and all he could do is just enjoy watching it swim off. The storms and the wind put the water temps back in the upper 60's and added a little stain to the water, but with the consistent sun from today it should really pick things back up this weekend. Have fun, Mike Carter
