The weather is changing the bass biological clock is kicking in to make a fall run to feed up to the onset of winter and fishing is changing daily. The one thing you can count on is that every day will be different until we see our first frost. With that said the ups and downs of last week were typical and we had some really good we caught fish and had a lot of fun.


There is no doubt that the frog-bite is the best it’s been in a few years the upcoming SPRO frog tournament on 10/7 will really be fun there should be lots of fish caught and everyone will have a chance to place. Besides the SPRO frog bite we did well on the Missile Bait “48” stick bait, we also got back to the Tight-Line swim jig and caught fish on it. It was a good week for crank baits and top water in general; we are getting close and it will just get better until we settle into some winter weather. Look for the 12 ft. or less water with grass and you should catch fish!
