Bass fishing is good lake wide. Both up and down lake and top water is working early in the creeks. All white buzz baits and silver black back Ito Vision 110 will work. Make a few casts with an all white Zoom Super Fluke. Then use Zoom's pumpkinseed lizard either on a Texas or Carolina rig and hit the main lake points during the day. Shad Raps are good on points all over the lake and pond dams in the lower lake creeks. Up river Riversides lures dark jig and a Hales Craw worm craw worms on the heavy bank cover can get a strike. Stay close to the river current on points at 5 to 10 feet. Buzz baits can be good all day in the pockets right off the river. Lunker Lure all white buzz baits are good any time of the day on bank cover. The new Lowrance FishReveal software for the Gen 3, Elite Ti and CARBON machines makes spotting the fish on the DOWN SCAN super easy. The software is free on the Lowrance web site. The fish are not any deeper than 15 feet all over the lake. Shad Raps in the shad and crawfish colors on 10 pound test line will work.
