  • Richland Chambers Fishing Report - TX

It just doesn't get much better than this past week as the Top Water Bite was on almost every morning for an hour or so, and then we moved to the Main Lake Points and caught some really nice White Bass on Slabs and Jigs! We had a boat on the water everyday except for the July 4th Holiday and most days both of us were fortunate to fish! Lots of White Bass and a few Hybrid Stripers were caught each outing. Check out the 309 Flats for the early Morning Top Water action as fish can be caught on Rat-L-Traps and Tail Spinners. The later Morning bite has come on Main Lake points & humps in depths from 20'-30' and normally on schools of suspended fish. Bring out the RSR Slab and Jig combo to catch these fish in the deeper water.

We get our Customers on the Lake early as the mornings are pleasant with a nice breeze and then off no later than 11AM to enjoy a burger and tea while we clean & bag the catch. We still have lots of July and August Weekdays available if you want to get the Family and Friends on the Lake. Give us a call or email and Let's Go Catchin'!

    Make Some Changes

As the summer moves on to the fall of the year, changes may make you change, and some changes do not. The one big similarity of summer to fall is the mid-day heat leaving the water temperature to sore like its summer time. This factor alone makes early fall fishing extremely... read more
