The fishing continues to be good on Richland Chambers as I had the two best days I've had in the past few weeks last Wednesday & Thursday. Easy limits of White Bass and a few Hybrids were caught each day! The Top Water Main Lake action has slowed as all our fish were caught on 1 oz. RSR Slabs while fishing on Points and Humps up the Richland Arm of the Lake. It's surprising to some fishermen that we catch the majority of our Summertime White Bass from water that is less than 15'feet deep. The Whites push baitfish (Shad) up on the shallow water Humps and Points and have a feeding frenzy. If you're in the right place at the right time, you can load the Ice Chest with fish!


Adam and I will continue to fish for the White Bass the remainder of the Summer, but we will also offer Crappie Trips. Last year we did real well on Crappie during the late Summer and early Fall and hopefully will this year also. Normally we use small minnows and are fishing over brush piles in 15'-25' feet of water.
