  • Richland Chambers Fishing Report - TX

Every fishing trip we conduct is special for us and our Customers, but yesterday's trip with "Tank Mullins" was an extra special one as Tank brought six of his best friends to Richland Chambers to help celebrate HIS 6TH BIRTHDAY!!! Tank's friends and their Dads are all from the Arlington/Mansfield area. Tank's Dad had fished with us before but none of the others had ever been to Richland Chambers to experience the White Bass fishing. We left the Boat Dock at Fisherman's Point Marina and headed to the 309 Flats in hopes of finding some Top Water Schooling action for the Kiddos. We weren't disappointed as we found several large Schools of fish and caught lots of White Bass and small Hybrid Stripers for well over two hours. The fish were moving fast and we were too as all the Boys kept Adam, the Dads and I busy helping hook, net, & unhook fish, untangle lines, take pictures and do all the things necessary to insure a great trip for the Boys. When the Schooling fish stopped biting, we rode the boat a bit, checked out a few more spots and eventually headed to the Marina after about a three hour trip. That's just about the right amount of time for a fishing trip when your Customers range in age from 3 1/2 years to 8 years of age! 😉 The Crew headed home to a Pizza & Birthday Cake Midday Party and also plenty of fish filets for an Evening Fish Fry!

When we started our Fishing Guide Service almost 19 years ago, we advertised that our target audience was Families and Kids and we provided "Family Fishing Fun"! We continue to do that today and have enjoyed every minute of our time on the Lake with folks like Tank and his Friends. We may not always catch the Biggest Fish or limit out every trip, but we do HAVE THE MOST FUN!

If this sounds of interest to you, Give us a Call and Let's Go Fishin'!
