Captain Deidra Helmey Jeffcoat of Miss Judy Charters is holding up a nice scamp grouper! What did she use for bait? A trained Rock bass! What is a trained rock bass? Well, it is a bait that gone through rigorous training. Miss Judy Charters sends all of their baits to be trained and tested! As you can see, it was worth it!

Captain Tommy Williams “Inshore fish catching specialist” of Miss Judy Charters is assisting Steve Duchi of Pittsburg, PA with his just caught bonnet head shark. Just so you know, this fish was released unharmed! And just so you know...it was a pretty darn large bonnet head shark! Congratulations Steve!

Captain Kevin Rose of Miss Judy Charters was doing a little inshore fishing and what happened? Well, this 6 to 7 foot alligator found his red cork kind of interesting for sure! According to Captain Kevin an alligator loves the floating red color and has numerous pictures to prove it! Here’s the latest! So therefore Captain Kevin has established that it just might not be such a good idea to wear the color red when swimming in would be gator infested waters! Just a tip that might can use!

While inshore fishing with Captain Kevin Rose of Miss Judy Charters Al Brady Milledgeville, Georgia caught this very nice flounder!

While inshore fishing with Captain Kevin Rose of Miss Judy Charters Al Brady Milledgeville, Georgia caught his second nice flounder for this fish day! I already know what you must be thinking...this is the same flounder! No it is not! However, Al did catch both of the flounder in the same location. What does this prove? Where you have one flounder there most likely is more! What else does it prove? Where you have fish you have fish! What else does it prove? Flounder that stick together, feed together! What else does it prove? Not only do that feed together they take on the almost the exact camouflage!

While inshore fishing with Captain Kevin Rose of Miss Judy Charters Jamie Brady caught this nice red fish! What did it eat? About three shrimp at three different times!

Savannah’s own my neighbor Captain Mike Groover, (who just won the 2018 Ernest Hemmingway “look-alike contest!) His grandson Little Henry Reed age 7, and his wife Paula Deen! (American cook, cooking show host, restaurateur, author, actress, television personality,) Who showed them the inshore fish catching way! Captain Garrett Ross of Miss Judy Charters

Captain Tommy Williams of Miss Judy Charters took Mike Uhl Jr and his father Mike Sr of Warner Robbins on an inshore catching spree. What does this mean? Well, from taking a serious look at the fishing cleaning table there is black drum, red fish, spotted sea trout, flounder, and whiting. Now this is only what they kept, not what they released! What kind of bait? Captain Tommy had live shrimp and live finger mullet on board. These baits kept these fish and the one released very interested in eating! And now you know the rest of the fishing catching story!

Paula Deen and Little Henry Reed Age 7 of Savannah Georgia while inshore fishing with Captain Garrett Ross of Miss Judy Charters this catching deed was done! Nice red fish Henry!

Gary Muenzen visiting from New York is holding up a just caught very nice red fish! Captain Tommy Williams showed him the catching way!

Please meet Steve Duchi of Pittsburg, PA! Steve is holding his just fought, caught, landed, and soon to be released, red fish! Who showed him the way Captain Tommy Williams of Miss Judy Charters.

Captain Garrett Ross of Miss Judy Charters and Little Henry Reed age 7 Savannah Georgia! Little Henry is showing us that black drum catching smile!

More on Genuine red snapper keeping season!

Captain Kathy Brown of Miss Judy Charters is holding Captain Steve “Triple Trouble” Howell just caught soon to be thrown in the cooler genuine red snapper! What was he using as bait? Cigar minnow Popsicle! What is this? A still frozen cigar minnow. Why is a frozen bait better that a thawed one? Well, the frozen baits stay on the hook better. After the cigar minnow is harvested it is frozen and shipped to the bait houses. Once you purchase the bait I suggest keeping it frozen in your cooler as long as you can while taking out a few at the time!

Captain Ken Kennickell of Miss Judy Charters Derick Burke, Mike Sims, John Lee, and Brandon Lawhon. Captain Deidra Helmey Jeffcoat of Miss Judy Charters...These Savannah fishermen really do know how to catch fish! Take a look at fine catch of genuine red snapper catch! What did they catch? Some really nice red snapper..what did they keep? As you already see some really darn nice genuine red snapper!

Captain Ken Kennickell (big hat) and Captain Deidra Helmey Jeffcoat, (purple t-shirt) Jeff Morgan, (light blue) Dean Oliver (Green T-shirt)
Bottom row Brian John, (blue line shorts) Kevin Brazell, (gag grouper and snapper) Kym Stephens, (blonde) and Matt Power! (Savannah, Georgia) Captain Ken Kennickell of Miss Judy Charters showed them the red snapper grouper catching way!

Terrell Gooding of Atlanta, Georgia while trying to catch a genuine red snapper caught this nice gag grouper instead! And what a fighter this fish was!! Nice gag Terrell! What did it eat? 13 inch vermilion snapper also referred to a b-liner! What does the dark coloring on grouper indicate? Well, at least from my point of view (Captain Judy) that this particular fish had been in or near its hole long enough to adapt the dark coloring camouflage! Who showed him the way and is assisting by holding Terrell’s fish? Captain Judy Helmey Miss Judy Charters

Captain Kathy Brown is holding a just caught gag, which looks that like it had been on the move for a while. Why? It light color camouflaging tells the tale! Alli DeYoung is giving her grand smile and hands up approval! Now this is what you call a double grouper smiling event!
