Had a great fishy day! What does this mean? Captain Garrett put them on the fish and Wayne Kauffman and his son Jarred caught them...However, Wayne did admit that his son Jarred caught more fish than he did! And he had good reason..you see Wayne is hard core largemouth bass fisherman and he is used to driving that hook home! And we all know that driving a hook home in our fish isn’t such a great idea! However, Wayne did catch a few and according to his son he got better at it as the day progressed!

While inshore fishing with Captain Garrett Ross Jarred Kauffman of Taylor, SC caught this ice flounder! Also known as a doormat! And you can definitely see where these fish got that nickname!

The Childers family has been fishing with our company for years. I have watched Dylan and Jacob grow! And it is amazing how fast time flies by! All I have to say now is “Slow down the time train!” Why? I am getting old too quick!

There is definitely one thing the Childers family can do! And what is that? They know how to fish in any conditions and smile while they are doing it! Over the years we have had some rough fishing days! And this was yet another one that needs to add to the log books!

Keith Hines Fort Valley, Georgia almost got in a whole genuine red snapper. However, the shark that took this bite thought better of it! It seems that this shark only wanted a snack and then moved on! I guess this shark didn’t get the genuine red snapper season is closed memo!

    Gulf Stream
We are in the reversal mode!
What happens in the spring is now happening in the fall! What does this mean? Waters to the west of the Gulf Stream waters is cooling down! What does this mean? When the cooler western waters meet the warmer waters of the Gulf Stream an invisible wall is formed! Why the heck is this such a good thing? Well, bait fish feed and feel safe around this invisible wall! And the larger fish know all about this! And what do they do? The feed at the wall! Captain Ryan Howard “Crapshoot” is ready to go!!! Now that you know let me know!
