LAKE SEMINOLE IS .23 FEET OVER FULL, STAINED & 50S

Bass are bedding on Lake Seminole, and they will be for the next two months. Sight fish from the middle of the morning to midafternoon. There is a sweet spot in each bed that gets the bass extremely excited. Place the sun in your face, so your shadow does t fall on the bed. Always wear a pair of polarized glassed. Use a grey lens for clear water, brown for stained water. Only use amber on cloudy days in much stained water as they add about 10 percent of light to your eyes and will be painful if you wear them on a sunny day. Line weight should be as light as possible or thin as possible if you use braid. Use tubes with internal weights, Texas rigged lizards, an A.C. Spinner 1.5 3.0 in silver and black over the bed. Jigs in white or green pumpkin work well. June bug paddle tail or Speed Worms with a 1/32 to 1/8 ounce weight with a rattle in it fished like a spinnerbait is another good lure. The worm that paddles the best catches fish. Staging bass are being taken on Carolina rigs and Chatter Baits.
