Bass fishing has been great. Numbers are off the charts with water temps in the mid 60’s. The spawn has been going on for about 3 weeks now. Fish are shallow and active with schooling activity reported. Most fish I’m catching right now are on moving baits such as flukes, spinner baits and top water. The fish will stay very active for the next month with a little down time as the spawn finishes. You can catch them with just about and technique you have confidence in. The Picasso jig head and rhino Ned bite is extremely consistent. A fun bite has been the duo Realis Spy Bait. When you’re on schooling fish and they go down and aren’t biting on top the spy bait works great!
