Bass fishing is fair. Down lake the bass are shallower and schooling in the creek mouths over deeper water, as larger pods of bait are continuing to form. We have been catching these schooling fish on Zoom pearl white Flukes, the Sammy 115 in a variety of colors and the under spins. When the bite slows, switch to a drop shot finesse worm. Use your Lowrance electronics to find concentrations of bait pods in the creeks and fish everything in that area. Fish the mid lake points that drop sharply into deeper water to be holding fish. A jig or a worm are great choices. Watch the Lowrance Structure Scan side scan technology looking for the baitfish in the area before going in to fish. If you find the baitfish spend some time fishing there if not move on to your next point and until you find the baitfish.
