Fishing Friends,


Here's hoping this Report finds you well and successfully adapting to the "New Way of Life" that we all are experiencing for the near future! The Coronavirus has certainly changed our daily lives and we continue to pray that it's only for a short period and then we can all get back to doing what we want to do on our own terms and timetable. Adam and I and the Family are all well and trying our best to adhere to the recommendations put forth by the Government and our Health Officials. I am blessed that my Wife, our three Kids and their Spouses, and our eight Grandkids all live in the small town of Whitehouse and we can help and support each other through this trying time. 🙂


Adam and I have made the decision to try and continue to offer Guided Fishing Trips as long as any Customers are still calling. And if by chance one of us or a Family Member does contract the Virus, we will immediately shut down the Operation until we are well. Just like everyone else, we don't know what the future holds. However, we do fully expect to be fishing much more in the late Spring and Summer than we are now. Most of our trips were cancelled this past week due to weather, but we had a few cancels due to folks not wanting to travel because of issues associated with the Virus. We know many more will cancel as we already see it happening. We do think that some may also want to take a fishing trip as a stress reliever and something to do to get the Kiddos out of the house. If you find yourself in this situation, give us a call even if it's on short notice. We have had cancels on some future Spring Saturdays and we still have lots of open Weekdays. We will welcome the opportunity to get you out of the house, show you a good time and enjoy some great Springtime weather!


Oh by the way...the couple of trips I did conduct this past week resulted in nice boxes of Catfish. (See Pic) I did a little looking around for White Bass on Wednesday but only found small fish . The large ones should be returning from the Creeks and their spawn any day now.
