After "Staying At Home" for the past month, I'm about to do a little fishing starting next week! 🙂As the State and Country begin to implement plans to open up the economy, I'm going to implement a plan of our own and ease back into conducting Guided Fishing Trips. We too may look a little different as we start back offering trips to our many Customers and Friends. Here's what you can expect to find as we gear up to make May our first full month of Spring fishing on RC:


*I'll be guiding by myself at least through the month of May as Adam has his hands full with the three Kids now doing School from Home and his Wife working as a Fulltime Nurse.


*I've cancelled almost all large Group Trips that are on the calendar. Later on in the year we will hopefully be able to accommodate the 3 or 4 boat Group Trips like we've done in the past.


*In order to do a little "Social Distancing" while we fish, my ideal trip would be a maximum of three folks fishing with me. We can easily spread out in our 22' Center Console Boats.


*Just so you know, there's been no confirmed cases of COVID 19 in Freestone County which is the County the Marina is located in.


*I'm committed to providing a safe and fun trip for our Customers. I'll not be in the boat unless I'm totally well and will ask Customers to please cancel or reschedule if they're not feeling well.


As mentioned, I'm going to start fishing next week. I'll be fishing a few days over the next two weeks and then be back fulltime, six days a week in May. Because we have rescheduled so many March and April trips, we don't have many open dates to offer till June. Here's the dates we have open over the next two months....April 23, 24,25, & 30 and May 1,8, 18, 20,21, & 25. Please don't hesitate to call if you don't see the date you want as we anticipate some folks having to cancel or postpone due to the Virus.


Oh yes.... my Guide Buddies who have been fishing lately tell me that the White Bass bite is ON and the Spring Hybrid Striper action is reported as AWESOME!
