Fast action or slow action Fly Rod?

Ok, What type of Fly Rod do you all prefer? A soft slower rod or a stiffer faster action rod?

Ok, I know it depends on the size of the fish and the stream or river. But what is your favorite Rod to cast?

I like the stiffer rod that I have Orvis Tip Flex 9.5 It will really shoot the line!!!:D

I definitely prefer the fast action rod as well Rock. Shoots the line!

I prefer a fast action. I think it helps compensate for me being a mediocre caster.

I got my first fly rod last summer. Before getting one, a friend gave me a lesson on his slow action 5-wt rod. I didn't like that the rod seemed to jiggle and bounce. I don't know if that was the specific rod I was using (cheap or old and poorly maintained) or if that is normal for slow action rods. That said, I tried casting a few slower action bamboo rods at the DCFF expo a few weeks ago that didn't have that jiggly feel. I got a 6-wt fast action rod that's felt great catching dozens of panfish so far.
