Just got a KDFWR survey asking several questions about what kind of license I bought and why. The cool thing is that there was a comment section at the end. I filled the entire space with comments and questions about the otter issues that some of us have noticed. Maybe if enough people write in about it they will recognize the problem.

They are well aware of the otter problem and are most likely not going to address it because they created the problem. I know of several strip pits where you could always manage to catch at least one six pounder per trip but now the otters have practically cleaned all the fish out.
