Boat Ramps/bait
Hi everyone! Am new to the board but am fairly familiar with Lake Cumberland. Love the Lake. Have a couple of questions..need some help:
1) Which is the better ramp, Jamestown or State Park?
2) Which creek(lower lake) would be the best bet on trying to net some shad? Been using Jumbo Shiners with poor results.
Look forward to hearing from some of you "old" LC power swingers!

Re: Boat Ramps/bait
Honestly i would go to Jamestown just because the road down to the state park ramp is soooooo steep. But the ramps are pretty much the same its just the roads getting to them. But really it doesn't matter wich ever one is closest to you would be the one that i would go to. So good luck and post a report telling lake conditions and how ya did.
GOOD LUCK!!!!

Re: Boat Ramps/bait
Thanks for the response. I didn't think any road going to a ramp would be any steeper or crookeder than the one going to Alligator II!
