Shimano Twin Power SW TP5000SWBXG and Shimano Terama combo?

Hello. Are the Shimano Twin Power SW TP5000SWBXG and Shimano Teramar Southeast Inshore Spinning Rods TMS76MH a good combination? I will be fishing in Miami because I live there. I plan to fish on piers and channels, near or off bridges, nearshore, in the flats, on Government Cut, and possibly on nearby reefs. Would this be suitable for snapper, cudas, snook, jack, tarpon, and even small groupers. If this combo is not good any suggestions of other rods?

Ps im using 20 pound braid and plan to fish with lures, cut bait, jigs and small live bait.
