Hey Man,
I have not been able to fish lately. (Work , Work , Work ) But for the last several days they have been running the sluice gates. Which is keeping the water up to high to wade and do any good.
Like today, The TVA site shows (0) generators. But the output is 3480 CFPS.
Thanks Rock......was hoping that they would drop down to 540 cfs sometime soon so I could get up there. Oh well. Looks like my buddies and I will be up there the second weekend in Nov. for our annual CR trip. Hopefully we won't get sucked in at the dam like we did last year! lol! ;):D You should come fish with us.....I'll let ya know when it is set in stone. Thanks again!

Ya Man , Make sure You do ! Hopefully We will have some time off by then !!!
I'm going down tomorrow, so I'll try to remember to give you a report. We went two weeks ago when it was 9K+. Tough fishing but managed 64 trout between 3 of us for 3 days.
They are down to 2010 CFPS , There are some spots that are wadeable now !
Just got in at midnight. We fished various spots between Helms and the dam. The water was good though the fishing was slow. Two of us caught 32 for the day, and lost several more. Largest fish of the day was an 18" rainbow.

What bait/lure/fly were the fish hitting?
We were fly fishing using eggs and bubba flies.
