Heading back to Burnside this evening for the next two days. Most of the fish I’ve been catching have been on planers near the surface. I’ve been running live bait from the surface to 30 feet, with only one fish at 15 feet, and none any deeper. Is that normal this time of year? Given the weather so far, it’s hard to say I guess. Can any of you more experienced folks weigh in on this? I haven’t had a real good day yet this spring. Thanks, L.L.
