Absolutely. I was fishing a river tourney on Saturday morning, looked up and saw that bright full moon and thought, oh crap here we go again.

I agree when it comes to lakes. But as a (mostly) creek fisherman, I think a lot of other factors are a lot more important.
Seems to pickup two days after the full moon.
I fished Cedar Creek this past Wednesday and caught 14 with 3 over 4. Went yesterday and struggled to catch 4.
I hate night fishing so usually on a full moon i struggle either in the evening or morning. I have noticed that going into the full moon the evening is better and the opposite after.
Guess you guys don’t fish for musky. The moon set and rise are good bites. The moon has some impact but I’m a believer that pressure changes play a bigger role. If you get falling pressure (the sharper the better) and a full moon rise at dusk you better hold on!!!!!
Good time of year to do some ultralight fishing for panfish, a little Pflueger President reel spooled with 2 lb line and some little black hair jugs, will make for a fun day, full moon or not, just find a cliff wall with some shade and your in for some fun fishing and some very tasty eating.
