2 day tournament took 19 lbs to win this weekend
Every part of the lake I seen this weekend traveling was muddy and trashy. Be safe!!!
Went today Water on the dam end was gin clear, ran to back of Beaver Creek and water was barely stained.

What was the water temp on the main lake and in the head of Beaver?
I fished noon until dark 2/13...water at Halcombs (ramp at dam) was gin clear. I think I could have read the serial number on my prop if I wanted to. I fished some main lake stuff on the lower end and most every where was very clear and the water temp was 45. I saw an occasional floater but not enough to hinder boat navigation any at all.
I went looking for dirty warmer water and found it in Otter. About 1/2 way back before you get to the big island there is a distinct mud-line. There is no gradual mix it goes straight from clear to heavily stained. If you run far enough up Otter it does start clearing back up...when I say far enough up Otter I mean all the way to the bridge. It's 52* up where the bridge is and very noticeable current. Back out mid way of Otter it is 50* in the stained water but once you hit the clear water and get closer to the main lake it drops back down in temperature.
Some of the main lake and creek run-ins still have water coming in. All water running in was clear...Now if the weather forecast is correct you can forget everything I just posted. Looking at the 10 day forecast they are calling for rain 8 out of 10 days so you can forget the conditions I just posted because it will change.
Thanks for the reports!
