Yea.. I hope they get it righted but like you said... too late for my group. booking all 4 trips next year elsewhere. such a shame, I love that lake. Tech
I think fishing something to extinction is hard to do. Its going to take more than

it's worth a shot, at least Fish and Wildlife is trying now.
I think the commercial fishermen can make a substantial dent in their numbers and that's the basic idea behind their efforts. I don't think anyone is thinking that total depletion is going to happen. They do expect the commercial guys will knock the numbers down pretty good.
These lakes will recover if enough commercial guys get involved.

Sounds as though we can expect an increase. I’m good with that. First year in several that I didn’t bother to fish Kentucky and Barkley.
