That's some insane carp action. I am glad they aren't that thick on Barkley but we were able to get them in the air again Sunday. We were armed with nets but they weren't close to the boat this weekend like last. If they get as thick as in this video you wouldn't even need the net...

Tim Farmer would of been in heaven. He would have enough fish to feed his whole family. Who needs a bow and arrow when they are jumping in the boat. Is it legal to shoot them as mentioned with a shotgun? It would make with some exciting shooting.
Man, somebody thought it was funny in that video. lol
Any idea on how to catch them for bait? Thought about pulling my buddy on a tube with net and football helment, he wouldnt go for it
Seriously how can they be caught for bait? Kill two birds with one stone, good cut bait, and killing the crazy a** things.
Just go out there at idle and find them. Put hands over your head and your head down by your knees and wait a few minutes. They'll jump in your boat. You may have to idle around a bit. Keep your motor on. There are videos on youtube on how to fillet them and they say they are good eating. Have to do some extra cutting to get rid of the extra rows of bones.
LOL idle your boat back in Clover Creek, it worked for us (not on purpose). When one of them suckers lands in the middle of the boat it will scare the...well you know.
