Advice? 1994 Nitro Tracker with 90 HP...4500?

Hello! First time poster and first time boat buyer.;) I'm looking at a 1994 Nitro Tracker with Tracker Pro Series 90 hp. Comes with two fish finders (not sure of depth), 55 lb troller, new seats, single axel nitro trailer, and appears to be in good condition from the pictures. Owner says it runs great, and we're taking it for a test spin in a couple of days. Before I make the drive (2-3 hours), I would love some feedback on experience with this boat/motor. What should I look for? And is 4500 too high? NADA says 3200 is average, but I've been looking at boats a lot lately, and in general, I haven't found any bass boats in decent condition for 3k. Thoughts!?
