There is a podcast called Bass Edge and its made by Aaron Martin and another guy whose name slips my mind right now. It's really good. I just found it a couple of days ago.

I agree pop-r and buzzbait have been the best baits at my pond recently. at least for size, its just so hot especially in the shallower water like that, you pretty much need to get a reaction strike...
I've also done pretty well on Wilgreen lake in Richmond on a frog, but that's a pretty small lake though.
