The one on the outside is called a skimmer. If you fish really shallow the skimmer is better but I agree with the performance if it is on the outside and not to mention it could get damaged easier on...

Going to a State lake and the docks by the boat ramp are sitting out of the water on the bank. Sure would make it easier to pick up your partner off the dock if they were in the water.
KVD is great but it not his type of fishing. Terry Scroggins knows the lake the best but if they are catching fish sight fishing I would have to pick Dean Rojas.
