only problem with this idea is how do you make the gar only eat the carp. like any other prediator it will eat what they can catch weather it be carp, bass ,bluegill,etc.

need to be careful on that lake it was built for skiers so it can get pretty rough in warm weather

why not just add dead fish penality to wieght of small fish

your link does not apply to williamstown lake only to lakes owned or controlled by kdfg williams town lake is owned by grant county and they have not designated any part of the lake as no ski zones...

i would check with fish and game about that. barren river lake has a 12-15" slot and a 15" min size limit and you can only have 1 in the slot all others must be over 15"

i think it depends on the lake you fish and the reason for the slot. ky size limit is 12" but cave run lake slot is 13-16" making 12-13" fish legal to keep

i dont see how they could say it was illegal to do because they already allow sound boxes to simulate feeding behaviour attracting with light should be no different

I have found that is easier to keep stabil ethanol remover in boat then driving all over heck and back to find ethanol free gas . I just mix it in a gas can before dumping in boat. Seems to save time...

just checked some old articles on winter fishing and most say the same thing that you are wasting time fishing at sunrise in winter most action happens latter in the day
