Still have them at Wax. Starts at 7 est
If you can do the work yourself, the absolute best place to get parts on the net is jones trolling motor.
I went Friday. Fished from Bartons run to moutardier. Caught a lot of males on a spider jig in shallow water close to drops. No bloody tails at all. Water is pretty clear up river past wax as...
Will there be a classic? If so, how many do you have to fish to qualify?
One thing you must keep in mind concerning the COE and the lakes: The lakes are for FLOOD CONTROL. That is their only purpose. Fishing and boating are a by product of the mission of flood control....
bump. Has new spark plugs, new cranking battery and new water pump.
I don't want to sell this, but I have to for financial reasons.

LOL. I think trading boats would be a bit easier.
LOL. You put yours back together with the housing upside down too? Been there, done that!! :)
I'd considered that, but my main goal is to not spend any additional money. Buying the new house took care of all of my extra money!! :)
Installing a break away tongue on the current trailer...
I think the value is in the $7500 - $8000 range with all of the accessories, overall condition of the boat and the new powerhead.
Here's the story. I've recently moved and my new house has a smaller garage than my old house. My boat doesn't fit length wise, and barely fits width wise. By the time I get it backed in and...
Google Jones Trolling motors. They're located in Arkansas, but provide the best advice and service for trolling motors that I've ever seen. If you're having a problem, chances are they've seen it...
What do you plan on doing with the hull?
I'll be in Louisville this weekend. If you still have it then, I'll take it.
I had the same problem on a MERC. Turns out it was the oil injection system getting weak. It would supply proper oil at lower RPMs, but couldn't keep up at high RPM.
Had a friend with a Stratos...

Gutting and remodeling of the basement puts me in the position to need to sell my fish tanks.
150 gallon. Tank, top, light, solid wood stand. 1 canister, 2 HOB filters, in line heater. All...
Very good condition. No dents or dings. Has a few nicks on the leading edges. I'd call it a solid 8.5. I bought it to give it a try and it turned out to not be the right prop for my boat.

The answer is very simple. Ask any worker of the Corps of Engineers and they will give you the same answer:
These are flood control lakes. Their purpose is to control flooding. Things like...
Most any tire shop should be able.
I fished Rough yesterday, and the bass were un cooperative as well. Fished from Laurel Branch to Cave Creek and it was a tough bite.
I think the dropping water has them spooked.
I'd put a new switch in it. Each speed has it's own position on the rotary switch. Sounds to me like the contacts for those two positions are bad.
Look up jones trolling motor in texarkana on...

Anyone have any unwanted trolling motors? I'm thinking about getting into trolling motor repair and would like to get some to play with to see what all is involved.
It indicates a potentially larger problem..... Something in that area has weakened enough to allow a crack or leak. It's right at the junction of the transom as well. This could be a very serious...
Give this guy a call. He does engine repair, and he's connected to a whole lot of people that deal in used parts. He may be able to find exactly what you need. It's worth a phone call......
...
It says he had to pay $25 PLUS court costs. Court costs are usually over $100. So you figure this guy got around a $150 or so fine.
One of many times that I give a tip of the cap to Dave. Well done sir.
Just checked the daily update on the COE website. All of the central Ky lakes are now dropping. Rough dropped a foot yesterday. At that rate it will be early June before it's close to normal.
...
That's crazy. I never thought I'd see the day where you could actually fish from the motel!!
I have no problem with the trout hatchery and supporting the fisheries in general, but the fact remains that we've stretched the Federal Budget possibly beyond repair. Something has to be done NOW....
We need PETA to serve as a continual reminder to us that idiots are alive and flourishing on this planet.
Let me play devils advocate on this one:
WHY should it be the responsibility of the FEDERAL government to run a fish hatchery in central Ky? If the people of Ky want the fish hatchery, they need...
I'd take it to a landfill. They'll charge based on weight, but they'll have the equipment to pull the hull straight off the trailer.
The quickest way to find out is to tell them that you only deal in cash and you want to meet face to face for the deal

NEVER give up on the worm!! Soft plastics are probably the most used lure out there. Yeah, there's days they don't want it, but over time you'll catch more fish on soft plastic than any other lure.
Name an unusual method or way that you fish that works for you:
I throw a lot of what I call a "mini rig". Think typical Carolina rig, but all greatly downsized for more finesse.
1/4 to 1/2 oz...
I won't say it's my favorite, but it's different and it works:
Light weight carolina rig with a fluke. Egg no larger than 1/2 ounce. 18-24 inch leader of light line. 3/0 or 4/0 blood red hook...
The temp on Nolin changes pretty quickly. I was there back during the warm snap 1 1/2 weeks ago and found some 60 degree water. It only took it a week to drop to the low 50's with the cold weather....
If you're wanting to get into bass fishing, I'm sure there are some bass clubs around Lexington.
