    We were down there a week ago (near the Dam) and found fish on main lake flats and points, fairly deep. Fish are around the open water bait schools, we were dragging creek chubs,suckers and shiners....

    If you aren't opposed to live bait, dragging shiners on the flats should be productive. Try to keep your bait 25-45 feet, depending on where the balls of bait are. If that's not working, go deeper. ...
