Check my video out on youtube.. I put in at Pandora and paddled up under the marina. Just don't mind me talking.

Post a pic. Where did these trout come from? I thought the Cumberland.
Nice I like to chuck the streamers also. What type is that? I thought at first it was a wolly bugger.
Hatchery Creek or Otter Creek in Richmond. You can also try and hit the FINS lakes once they start stocking trout again.
Jackson Coosa or Cuda.. I bought a Coosa just for the Elkhorn River. Its like fishing in a lawn chair. Fairly light and stable.
Nice video.
How did you do this weekend? I saw the guides were killing it again today from the dam to Helms.
Woolly Bugger.
So use the Chartreuse color tail versus the white? This is my biggest trout on the Cumberland. Caught her last fall on a streamer.
Thats nice. I feel like I've seen those at Cabelas. The pink flash is a nice touch. Do you think these would be to heavy for a 5wt rod? I bought a 7wt and felt like I needed shoulder replacement...
I haven't had much luck with the clouser style. I usually fish wolly buggers. What type of rod did you fish a 4 inch clouser with?
Thanks for the reply. I ended up just going to Winfreys. We caught nearly 40 on Friday most of them on streamers. I caught a few nymphing. I'm off in a couple weeks so I'll defiantly try the...
Has anyone seen or had any good reports of catching trout in this area lately? I was thinking of fly fishing this area on Friday.
I'm hoping a couple of these aren't slot rainbows. 15-20inch are catch and release only.
Bass Pro Shops has them in Louisville & Cincinnati.
You need to get a fly rod. I was down Friday and caught around 15-20. All the guides are catching huge browns and slot rainbows. A cloudy day does help fishing Cumberland river.
Muddied and way up with a lot of debris is what I'm being told from a guy who lives by the lake.
Its about time Kentucky had a fishing license plate. I had to buy the Quail plate back in January. I wished they had a trout plate to choose from.
Right now the TVA is running 29000 cfs 24/7 and the water level at the dam is 24 ft deep. I would recommend an aluminum boat but you can fish a fiberglass boat at the dam right now. Most people motor...
hope your right. I'm going to give it a try this week.
Thanks for the feedback
Can you catch alewife by the marina with a green light this time of year?
Walleye information is like some myth that Kentucky actually has walleye. No one will share info on walleye. I've tried for the last year or so and nothing. They're some huge walleye in Cumberland...
http://www.tva.gov/lakes/wch_r.htm If you're going to wolf creek dam you need to follow these release times for the dam. Copy and paste the link. Helm's Landing and Winfrey's Ferry are the next two...
Lake Erie , beer and perch or walleye. What could go wrong? DO you need any help?
Don't listen to the guy about the river being down. I was at Burkesville Saturday. 6ft at the ramp. Up river anywhere from 8ft to 14ft deep. We went 5 miles up river never once hit anything under 5...

Greenup Dam is about the best place on the Ohio to fish IMO.
