should have called me bud! Your yellow flowers are now coming into play this year
I got one from Collins Custom Molds.... high quality.... long delivery
Magic Erasers do very good as well, denatured alcohol
Here ya go Peter I know you like seeing them
Here's a few I did a little while back had to redesign my craw
Guys/Gals here's a few of some I've done since the first of the year. Been crazy and there is definitely no lack of imagination from fishermen.
Was you able to get some for a full figured guy? xxxl?
If you like Paca's definitely try "Bruiser" craws, they don't lose pincher half as bad as paca's and they do catch fish! I switched to these last year and I haven't looked back!
Dobyns Savvy series! For a little more the champion line is top notch.
was there all last week and I found them staging on the points sun-tues then after that they were moving in. We caught 3lbdrs friday that were the bucks moving in the females were still out - now...
I've heard that before, It's almost becoming my "thought you'd be bigger" from Roadhouse quote.
Thought I'd throw some "tackle porn" out there...lol
Thanks Don, to answer the question as best I can: I have seen an increase in my personal fishing because I have been able to match the baitfish a little better than stock, with that said I have now...
Here's a few more recent pictures of some baits I've painted:
Andrew could you post a pic of this?
Don, some of the more recent photo's are ones I have painted for pro's I just snapped a pic before sending out. They tell me the colors to match so I know they are producers. One of the second to...
Here's a few more for you guys
Chuck - I purchased the blanks and some are repaints of OEM luckyCraft, I have a mold for the 1.5's and 1.5DD's but I have them injection molded with ABS Plastic
Here's some more I have spent hours and hours and hours painting over the last year and hopefully i've progressed
I use 4 different clearcoats for different applications, Devcon 2 ton 30 minute epoxy brushed on is a great clearcoat even if you have some chipping on a bait you can save it with a new clearcoat.
Tim they are catching them in Paris in the grass and should make for some good pics.
Start getting grass around Rushing bay and gets better the further you go South
I am a zoom horny toad guy, but I too like the screw lock and no weight. Reel it across the top of the grass (if you have any) and kill it for a second then proceed your retrieve.
Are you staying out till dark? The evening bite is better than the noon time bite for me. And the night bite is going good right now
Paris landing area, it isn't much further North than that
You want that kind of grass you're gonna need to go South of the bridge. Spotty North of Paris and I mean JUST North of Paris, better grass down by New Johnsonville
Not alot that far North but around Paris is has rebounded nicely
Yes.... Price depends on whether you prep the bait or painter does and how many you may want done discounts apply usually.
Here's some I've done:

Keep it simple at first, take some worms in a green hue of some kind. I recommend a bait that floats if you are dragging it slowly like a charmers finesse worm or a net baits T-Mac. If you are...
I have a stupid question: When I was a little kid they talked about how the indians used to put a fish with the corn plant to fertilize it..... Why have they not come up with some form of fertilizer...
The kids in my area are serious about their fishing and it is awesome to see and hear these boys. These boys are now able to go to colleges that have a program that they can continue on with, and my...
I have 3 speed spools and intend on replacing all mine with them, they cast as good as my revo's and are very smooth in my opinion.
LOL Mr. Hall I never thought about it!! you twisted lil mind you!!!
Veritas Rod, Lews Speed Spool reel. These reels are awesome!!!! and you can usually get a deal at a tackle store (mom and pop) if you buy both there at the same time.... just ask you'll be surprised.
I was reflecting on the past couple years of some of the more "stupid" mistakes that I've done and hopefully learned from here's a few things and please feel free to add any of yours to the list so...
Golden Pond just down from Bison/Elk is neat. Miss Patties Settlement has miniature golf and is pretty at night. For fishing - right across from Big Bear resort is the boyscout camp and is great for...
Awesome Sticky Peter!!!
When it is super slow I will always reach for my shakey head rod and go to work! If you just put in your mind that the fish are pressured or there was a moving weather front and you need to finesse...
I use a shimano symetry 2500fj, it has washers you can add or subtract to handle different types of line. I RARELY have troubles with fluorocarbon on this spinning reel and I am a shakey head...
You hit the nail on the head.... small rubbermaids with lids! I use ziplocks to keep the brand and type together and put them all in the tubs.
Let me see:
Shakey head set up = 1
Top Water = 1
C-Rig = 1
Jig = 1
Crankbait = 2
So 6 for what I feel I would need for a tourney BUT........
You have got to stretch your fluorocarbon to get better casting distance. I've stated here a bunch of times how beneficial it is not only helps in ease of use but money wise as well. Tie a swivel to...
The biggest barb of the three is the same size as any other hook, so I haven't seen any bigger holes. They are sticky and grab good so a little extra effort (not much) pops them right out. My...
I have used Gamakatsu's for years and for some unknown reason I picked up a pack of VMC fastgrips and I have never looked back. I rarely loose a fish once they button up with these hooks:

Where's this blow-out? Looking for one right now in fact
Bass Professor! The video I watched he claimed the citrus in it caused the capillaries to restrict thus causing blood flow to quit. The first time I tried it it worked and I have been doing it for at...
KY Lake North Pre and Post, A crappie fisherman caught a 5.3 and a 4.6 and fillet them (puke) and they were full of eggs just this past Saturday and caught them on a main lake point.
