    Same here....just make sure you let the water drain before you tow home when it is cold. Fished last year and the temp was 15 degrees when I put the boat in.

    We caught a few. We had about 15 minutes of action and then 5 hours of nothing. LOL. Typical striper fishing this time of year. We only had 1 keeper out of 6 fish.

    Well, if you are fishing for stripers, try the creeks, look for clay banks, and throw slivers, little macs, or gizz 4's...did pretty well last week.

    By upper lake I mean the 312 bridge area. I would try that for numbers....for big fish I would actually fish Holly Bay to the dam, or to Line Creek. Also try Spruce Creek during the spring.
