went with a buddy up north, he started fly fishing for them, every cast. can't fly fish, but hooked up a bobber and a fly. caught 100 in about 3 hrs, most went back, a few went to the freezer.

Looks like we are heading to Lake Webster this week end.going to try some Musky fishing. Never been, does anyone have any pointers or areas to try? Just want to touch one of them toothy critters :)

No one's Fishing Monroe?

Has anyone one been fishing Monroe for Walleye? With the temps we have had, they should be smokin?Been fishing Giest, and still getting 40-50 Crappie every trip ( 55 on Sunday).

Went out Saturday 8:30-1:30 2 of us caught over 100 crappie. Got some nice ones this time. Can't believe Fishin this late in year.

Temps were 46-47. Went back Sunday and caught 60 8-10 ft around the docks

Hit this lake Sunday. 70+ crappie ( lots of 9" but few 13") and 6 bass 3+ lbs.
