You need to look at the Indiana code. Your talking about a legal issue. I can understand why you might think what you think. How-ever anglers who canoe or wade can legally fish these waters...

I looked and it is not on the papers on-line edition, just in the printed edition of the paper.

From the looks of things the Indianapolis Star must of listened to everyones complaints about the fishing reports.
They now have up-dated fishing reports in the Sunday edition of the newspaper.
