If you Google "Barren River Lake cabin rentals" I think some choices come up.

we always stay at the Comfort Inn in Glasgow, good boat hook ups in the parking lot and plenty of good food nearby.

There is a bed and breakfast on the road going to the state park on the right. I usually stay there they have electric outlets and is quite. Last time i stayed it was about $89 a night though.

    staying at barren

You're in luck!! There's a really nice looking B&B on the road going back to Narrows boat ramp. Don't know anything about it but it's new and modern looking. It opened about a year ago. I go by it about every two weeks , on my way to the lake. Never stayed there , but the location is great.
